I was raised in 60s when we have cooked only at home and compare to today’s market I can say that we had organic world back then. Both of parents and grandparents cooked very well and a lot. Later in my life I have been beside my husband, who is very talented baker from Finland, who been baking for Finns in Lake Worth, Florida, U.S.A. most of his life and I absolutely adore his professionalism in baking.
Palm Beach bakery in Lantana is very well known today and operated by Jouko Vaskivuo with both of our sons Mark and Michael Vaskivuo during a year. Mark Vaskivuo continuing baking all finnish baking goods including famous real rye bread for south Florida residents.
